uart_ll_read_rxfifo() function

Beginning address of the peripheral registers.

Reset the UART hw rxfifo.

Set the UART rxfifo full threshold value. When the data in rxfifo is more than the threshold value, it will produce rxfifo_full_int_raw interrupt.
