Low-Power Timer instance

Clear the autoreload match flag (ARRMCF)

Set the counter mode (selection of the LPTIM counter clock source).

Enable the LPTIM instance

Starts the LPTIM counter in the desired mode.

Set the auto reload value

Inform application whether a autoreload match interrupt has occurred.
