specifies the Dual Bank Boot Option byte. This parameter can be one of the following values: @arg OB_Dual_BootEnabled: Dual Bank Boot Enable @arg OB_Dual_BootDisabled: Dual Bank Boot Disabled

This function can be used only for STM32F42xxx/43xxx devices.
