If you need to reduce the required encryption key size, please consider enabling ENABLE_MUTUAL_AUTHENTICATION_FOR_LEGACY_SECURE_CONNECTIONS to prevent BIAS attacks. However, the re-authentication for Legacy Secure Connections can cause a link loss in some Controller combinations.
