Notes
If properties contains ATT_PROPERTY_NOTIFY or ATT_PROPERTY_INDICATE flags, a Client Configuration Characteristic Descriptor (CCCD) is created as well. The attribute value handle of the CCCD is the attribute value handle plus 1
