ot::Srp::Server::SetLeaseConfig() method
Sets the LEASE and KEY-LEASE configurations. When a LEASE time is requested from a client, the granted value will be limited in range [aMinLease, aMaxLease]; and a KEY-LEASE will be granted in range [aMinKeyLease, aMaxKeyLease].
