i2s_pdm_tx_upsample_cfg_t::fp

I2S PDM TX up-sampling parameter. Normally it should be set to 960.

i2s_pdm_tx_upsample_cfg_t::fs

int

I2S PDM TX up-sampling parameter. When it is set to 480, the pdm clock frequency Fpdm = 128 * sample_rate, when it is set to sample_rate / 100， Fpdm will be fixed to 128*48000.
