_PreparePacket() function

_PreparePacket() Function description Prepare a SystemView event packet header. Parameters pPacket - Pointer to start of packet to initialize. Return value Pointer to first byte of packet payload. Additional information The payload length and evnetId are not initialized. PreparePacket only reserves space for them and they are computed and filled in by the sending function.
