BTA_JvRfcommStartServer() function
* Function BTA_JvRfcommStartServer * Description This function starts listening for an RFCOMM connection * request from a remote Bluetooth device. When the server is * started successfully, tBTA_JV_RFCOMM_CBACK is called * with BTA_JV_RFCOMM_START_EVT. * When the connection is established, tBTA_JV_RFCOMM_CBACK * is called with BTA_JV_RFCOMM_OPEN_EVT. * Returns BTA_JV_SUCCESS, if the request is being processed. * BTA_JV_FAILURE, otherwise.
