ublast_queue_bytes() function

ublast_queue_bytes - queue bytes for the USB Blaster Queues bytes to be sent to the USB Blaster. The bytes are not actually sent, but stored in a buffer. The write is performed once the buffer is filled, or if an explicit ublast_flush_buffer() is called.
