ConfigureGPIO() function

This function enables the peripheral clocks on required GPIOs and configures PA.08 (TIM1_CH1), PA.07 (TIM1_CH1N), PA.09 (TIM1_CH2), PB.00 (TIM1_CH2N), PA.10 (TIM1_CH3), PB.01 (TIM1_CH3N) and PA.06 (TIM1_BKIN).
