otTcpSendDone

This callback informs the application that data in the provided @p aData have been acknowledged by the connection peer and that @p aData and the data it contains can be reclaimed by the application. The @p aData are guaranteed to be identical to those passed in to TCP via otTcpSendByReference(), including any extensions effected via otTcpSendByExtension().
