ot::Crypto::Key::GetBytes() const method

Gets the pointer to the bye array containing the key. If `OPENTHREAD_CONFIG_PLATFORM_KEY_REFERENCES_ENABLE` is enabled and `IsKeyRef()` returns `true`, then this method returns `nullptr`.
