httpd_config::global_user_ctx field

Global user context. This field can be used to store arbitrary user data within the server context. The value can be retrieved using the server handle, available e.g. in the httpd_req_t struct. When shutting down, the server frees up the user context by calling free() on the global_user_ctx field.
