SPINEL_PROP_JAM_DETECTED value

Signal Jamming Detected Indicator Format: `b` (Read-Only) Set to true if radio jamming is detected. Set to false otherwise. When jamming detection is enabled, changes to the value of this property are emitted asynchronously via `CMD_PROP_VALUE_IS`.
