ESP_GATT_PERM_READ macro

Defines GATT attribute permission flags. These permission flags are used to specify the security requirements for GATT attributes. They correlate directly with the BTA_GATT_PERM_xxx definitions found in bta/bta_gatt_api.h. Definitions of permission flags for GATT attributes.
